IVA

IVA - There are plenty of debt advisers around.  Why should I instruct you ?

There are many IVA companies around, the largest of whom get a considerable volume of work from TV advertising, junk phone calls, and tabloid newspaper advertisements.  These companies have large numbers of unqualified junior advisers who use a tickbox and form-filling approach to IVAs, this can often work in simple cases but the success rate is lower because their model can't always take account of individual needs and situations.  Of late there has been criticism of this kind of approach as it can result in people ending up in unsuitable IVAs.

As a qualified Insolvency Practitioner trading as a sole practitioner, your case will be personally handled by me from start to finish.  My practice was set up in 1996 and I have considerable experience of putting proposals proposals together that will achieve creditor approval yet still be achievable by clients.

No approval, no fee IVA, click here for details.  Pay nothing until creditors approve your IVA proposal.
