There are many IVA companies around, the largest of whom get a considerable volume of work from satellite TV and tabloid newspaper advertisements. These companies have large numbers of unqualified junior advisers who use a tickbox and form-filling approach to IVAs, this can often work but the success rate is lower because they can't always take account of individual needs and situations. Their approach is to use a pile-em-high, sell-em-cheap method to get the volume of work to keep their staff fully utilised.
As a qualified Insolvency Practitioner trading as a sole practitioner, your case will be personally handled by me from start to finish. My practice was set up in 1996 and I have considerable experience of putting proposals proposals together that will achieve creditor approval yet still be achievable by clients. My approval rate is around 95% of proposals put forward.
Before setting up my practice I worked on the other side of the fence representing creditors at IVA meetings, I am therefore well placed to advise on proposals that are likely to meet with creditor approval.
